My interpretation of tomato feta pasta 🍝 . Inspired by @chefjonkung, had to throw my baby hat into the shokugeki ring 😂. I finally caved and had to make my own version of this trend! It’s got an incredibly rich and spicy flavor, which pairs so nicely with the creaminess of the feta...my god the stomach issues after eating this was worth it (I’m severely lactose intolerant lol).
