Mix together yeast and milk and let the yeast activate for a few mins. In the meantime, mix together the flour, sugar, salt. Add in the milk, yeast mix, and egg. Mix until combined, then knead for 15 mins. Let the dough rest for 1-2 hours, covered and in a warm spot. Dough should double in size. Punch dough down after resting period, then knead for another 5 mins. Cut into 10 equal pieces and roll each piece into a long 12 inch log. Gently fry your hot dogs till golden brown, then let it cool. Wrap the dough around the hot dogs, brush with egg wash, and top with sesame seeds. Bake at 350F for 14 mins.
