What you need

sesame seed

crushed red pepper

granulated sugar

vegetable bouillon

cashew butter

rice vinegar

soy sauce

garlic

cooked noodles
Instructions
Start by prepping your sauce, which is combining the garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame paste, bouillon powder, sugar, chili flakes, and sesame seeds Bring the water to a boil in a pot, then cook the soba according to package instructions Once the noodles are done in a few mins, take 1/4 cup of noodle water and combine with the sauce, stirring vigorously You ultimately want the sauce to have a semi thick texture that coats the noodles but not so thick that it’s like peanut butter If the sauce is too loose, add more sesame paste 1 tbsp at a time Add in the noodles, then top with scallions, cucumber, and a little more sesame seeds!View original recipe
