Kung Pao Tofu

This is one of my favorite weeknight meals to make, especially as a student on a low budget. Kung pao tofu is essentially the same as kung pao chicken but for this recipe, I’ve obviously subbed out the chicken for tofu AND added in an ingredient for the additional Chinese medicinal benefits to help lower my fiery qi.
